Dinner choices are Roasted Garlic & Rosemary rubbed beef steak with au gratin potatoes & cedar roasted vegetables OR Grilled vegetable wellington in a light pastry puff filled with layered grilled vegetables with a red pepper coullis. Both dinners include a red wine poached pear salad with a wedge of bibb lettuce, fresh bread, and blackberry and white chocolate mousse cake with vanilla creme anglaise with starbucks coffee and iced tea.
The speaker for the evening is the Honorable Maurice P. McTigue, visiting scholar from George Mason University's Mercatus Center.

The printed copies will be mailed in June and October, and the December issue will be only on the web site. Please add these dates to your calendar so that your article will be available to Sue no later than the deadline. When sending articles for the Tusk Talk, please identify in the "subject line" that you are sending an article for TT, so Sue is sure to open it.
