August 14, 2010 District Director meeting District 6 will be held at the Denver Marriott, south at I-25 and Lincoln Ave in Lone Tree.

Time: Check-in will begin at 11 AM, lunch served at Noon. We will be done by 1:45 PM.

Cost is $20.00 and includes tax & tip. No tickets will be sold at the door. Make checks out to Bobbie Chiles and send to 3025 E. Hinsdale Ave., Centennial, CO 80122-1944. Checks must be received no later than August 5. Send names of all attendees with your pament so name tags can be prepared.

Menu is a hamburger, cheesebuerger or veggie burger accompanied by lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, mustard, mayonnaise, and ketchup. Cole slaw, french fries & apple pie ala mode will top off the meal. Iced tea, coffee, and water are provided. If you have a gluten allergy please let Bobbie know.

Theme: Sports and lots of fun. Please wear your favorite team tee shirt. These can be from any level such as grade school, middle school, high school, college or professional.

Entertainment: Each of the five clubs in District VI will provide a game with three prizes for first, second, and third place winners. The games will be related to sports in some way so study your sports trivia.

Door Prizes: Will be awarded.

Centerpieces: I will personally provide the centerpieces which will be sports related and suitable for children between the ages of three and five years. They will be donated to the children who attend the day care/head start Kids' Kampus in Ordway, Colorado, for the facility's annual visit from Santa Claus. The program services children from three months to five years of age whose families live at or below the poverty level.

If any of you would like to donate a brand new book or a brand new toy to this project, you are welcome to do so. I will include your name as a donor when the gifts are delivered.

Please bring guests so that all can rejuvenate themselves as we begin the final, grueling hard work of electing Republicans to office on November 2nd. GO, REPUBLICANS!
